I generally run what folks may call 'a hybrid' set up; meaning a combination of computer software and analog hardware. For me analog processing sounds better, is faster, and more importantly, more fun... which means I really almost use analog gear entirely for most EQ and Dynamics processing.
The studio's front end has been curated over the years, with a mix of Neve, Api, and SSL preamps. The mic locker has depth to cover any source with respect; Neumann, Austrian Audio, Beyer-dynamic, Shure, etc..
The EQ and dynamics stable is strong- with most flavors and utilities present. Again, most of the contemporary and traditional norms (with some unique pieces). The master bus and mastering chain is dynamic and again, all analog outside of final limiting that takes place in software land per usual.
As echoed in the 'Process' page we guitar cabs both in the control room, as well as in iso booths fully seperated from the room.
While we don't have a plethora of synths, we have an incredible Oberheim, a very flexible Roland FA06, Yamaha RX5 and a cute Micro-Korg for those moments of inspiration.
Our house kit is an awesome Gretsch New Classic set, with a ton of vintage Zildian cymbals. Oh, and a sick early 60s chrome-over-brass Gretsch snare.
